As an evaluator, I believe in the power of data to improve programs and promote thriving individuals and communities. For more than 10 years, I have provided technical assistance for organizations on developing and implementing evaluation plans. My work has focused on data-informed, evidence-based practices that lead to impact. I take a collaborative approach to research and evaluation, working with multiple colleagues across several academic institutions, community organizations, and disciplines.

The University of Cincinnati Evaluation Services Center includes a team of specialists with expertise in the fields of statistics, measurement, and assessment, as well as content expertise in public health, education and social justice. Since its establishment in 1996, UCESC has conducted over 650 evaluations for national, state, and local organizations.
