Brian Griffin is Executive Secretary-Treasurer of Cincinnati AFL-CIO Labor Council, the founder and parent organization of Greater Cincinnati Occupational Health Center (GCOHC). Training and education for young people in formation and adults in transition is a principal pillar of the Labor Movement and a passion of Brian’s making the GCOHC Vision, Mission and Principles a perfect fit in his broad educational and training portfolio. Above and beyond his duties for both the Labor Council and GCOHC, he serves on the Fire/EMS Programs Occupational Advisory Committee for Great Oaks Career Campuses and the Business Advisory Council for Butler Tech Career Schools, and the Board of Directors, Southwest Ohio Regional Workforce Investment Board. Brian also serves the City of Cincinnati as Commissioner (Vice Chair) on The City of Cincinnati Civil Service Commission and provides leadership for several social services organizations.
