Emergency Response Solutions International

As a firefighter for the City of Detroit for 29 years, a valuable member of the Technical Rescue Team, a board member of Michigan Urban Search & Rescue, and an Emergency Response educator/instructor since 2002, I have a passion for health and safety both in the private and public community sectors.

As the new Principal Investigator for ERS International for grants from OSHA, MIOSHA, and NIEHS, I bring administrative skills honed from providing over 900 instructor-led programs across North America.  I’ve had the opportunity to work with industry management, safety professionals, fire chiefs, and community leaders, stressing the importance of safe worker practices.  In addition, I’ve helped develop specific curriculum to meet the first responder needs both in industry and at the community level.  This is an extra component to my daily work in the overall management of the program as President and Director of Operations at ERS International.
